Shipping Costs

• Free shipping on orders $99 and above within the USA.
• For orders under $99, shipping charges are shown at checkout.
• For International orders, shipping charges are shown at checkout. Note that the charges do not include customs duties/taxes, which may be applied by the destination country at the port of entry. We have no control over this. 

Shipping Times

• For domestic orders, Standard Shipping takes 4-8 business days and Priority Shipping takes 2-5 business days.
• International orders take approximately 2-4 weeks in transit. Please allow 3-7 business days for your tracking information to be updated by the carrier.
• All orders ship from Long Island City, New York.

 Processing Times

• Orders are typically processed within 2 business days of order confirmation, and then handed over to the carrier for shipping to your destination.
• Processing times can be longer during peak holiday seasons and during sales.

 Do you ship to my Country?

• We ship across North America, UK, Europe, Australia and New Zealand.
• You are responsible for any customs duties/taxes which may be applied at the port of entry for your country. We unfortunately do not have any visibility into this.
